Job Summary: The Inside Sales Agent will work under the direction of the Material and Parts Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for each order. Responsible for sales and building relationships with clients over the phone and through email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with construction, electrical, and engineering departments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating both initiative and collaboration.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries about materials and parts.
• Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
• Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and present solutions.
• Generate revenue by reaching out to potential and current customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer documentation in Acumatica and GP Filing systems.
• Verify and resolve customer grievances.
• Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare, process, and review documents such as quotes and orders.
• Make recommendations to management based on customer needs.
• Work effectively with colleagues in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals, and to identify and resolve problems.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with changing priorities and deadlines.
