Job Summary: The Help Desk Technician will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance with company issued IT hardware and software as well as configuring IT hardware and software for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for company issued IT hardware and software (in person, via phone, and RDP)
  • Deploy/re-deploy computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Manage inventory of computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Maintain vendor websites related to company issued IT hardware and software
  • Coordinate escalated tickets and ongoing projects with our MSP (Managed Service Partner)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of Win10/11, Active Domain, and Azure AD
  • Expert understanding of O365 apps. Experience with MS365 admin centers preferred.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk (AutoCAD and Inventor) products preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years minimum technical support experience in a professional work environment
  • Associates degree in an IT related field. Job experience and/or industry certifications in lieu of degree will be considered.
