Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as system administrator and first point of contact for all Acumatica ERP-related questions and issues.
  • Understand Acumatica usage and priorities for both Accounting and Operations. Coordinate priorities for both.
  • Obtain and maintain all the required upgrades and licenses.
  • Lead the annual Acumatica upgrade efforts including preparation, testing, problem resolution.
  • Lead the implementation of new modules and champion increased utilization of existing modules with a focus of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests ensuring cohesion between departments, different modules of Acumatica, and company protocols.
  • Automate business processes.
  • Establish process and procedures with the management team to support business development activities.
  • Provide training sessions with emphasis on increasing operation employees knowledge, utilization and understanding.
  • Provide post-implementation service and support.
  • Act as primary liaison with our ISP SWK on initiatives and requests.
  • Conduct thorough discovery meetings to grasp business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Work with all functional areas to provide insight into Acumatica offerings, data, and configuration.
  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise both remotely and onsite.
  • Complete regular internal system audits.
  • Support Acumatica data feeds and integrations.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Acumatica expertise across the organization.
  • Create custom reports as required. Encourage utilization of existing Acumatica reports.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with multiple priorities and competing interests.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and implement new plug-ins.
  • Ability to build process flows.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Acumatica.
  • Acumatica Certifications a plus.
  • Experience managing remote users.
  • Experience in Acumatica Construction module preferred but not required.
