Currently, we are in search of an exceptional and driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming invoices.
• Utilize three-way match to ensure accuracy of vendor invoicing.
• Create a daily report of completed records.
• Process monthly statements.
• Request missing items from Vendors.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices.
• Process review of quarterly reports, as needed.
• Send ACH remittance emails and maintain weekly remittance log.
• Research and respond to all email inquiries from vendors.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven work experience as Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Advanced understanding of Excel.

Education & Experience:

• BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
