Accountant / Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Accountant / Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare various journal entries such as standard monthly, intercompany and lease accounting entries.
• Maintain general ledger account reconciliations.
• Process and post daily deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
• Maintain intercompany transactions.
• Assist with employee expense reporting review and approvals.
• Maintain fixed and intangible assets schedules.
• File various statutory tax reports such as Sale & Use.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Improve and automate tasks for greater efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
• Refine and create high functioning accounting processes.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and enhancing existing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 2 to 5 years' experience.
• Construction accounting experience a plus.
• Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience working with ERP systems; Acumatica experience a plus.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
